To restore the oral health of low-income, uninsured, veterans, elderly, and developmentally disabled Oklahomans with no other means to pay for dental care, by providing free comprehensive dental care through a network of volunteer dentists.Intake procedure: Call for application. Those who are eligible will be placed on a waiting list to receive services.Fees: None.
