Directer of Chaplains Joey Cannady

Solitude Baptist Church

 Joey Cannady has served in this position for the past 10 years.  His responsibilities include praying individually with each patient and counseling with them regarding their relationships with God.  Rev. Cannady recruits and schedules weekly volunteer chaplains, who have a desire to serve and assist the clinic's patients in their spiritual growth.  Rev. Joey Cannady is the Senior Pastor of Solitude Baptist Church in Albertville, AL, where he recently began his 21st year.  “Brother Joey” Cannady displays the Great Physician’s Dental Clinic’s Christian love of serving God by  serving others.

 Judy Berry, Chaplain, Assistant Director of The Clinic

Judy Berry is a retired Alabama educator.  She has been a resident of Albertville for most of her life and has worked in education for 39 years.  The culmination of her career was serving as Superintendent of Education for the Scottsboro City School System for over 11 years. She was  a teacher, Elementary Assistant Principal, and Supervisor in Albertville City and Marshall County school systems.  Dr. Judy Berry is an active member of Solitude Baptist Church in Albertville.

Lyndall has served as a chaplain in hospitals, hospice and rehab in Alabama, Kentucky and California. She graduated from The Southern Baptist Seminary with a Master's of Divinity degree with a concentration in Pastoral Care and Counseling. She has served as pastor, campus minister, interim camp director and currently supply preacher for the North Alabama Presbytery.
She built the website for the Great Physician's Dental Clinic and serves as it's photographer.
